Reactivate old CRM data
Find out which half of your old CRM still reaches a real person.
Upload the export. Get back who is still there, who left, who replaced them, and which emails would bounce. Then email only the rows that are safe.

Typical situations
- You have thousands of contacts in your CRM from a year or two ago. You want to email them again, but you do not know how many are still at those companies.
- The last time you sent to an old list, too much of it bounced and your emails started landing in spam.
- The champions who knew you have moved on, and you do not know who sits in their seat now.
How ListHealth fixes it
- Step 1
Dead emails out first
Every address gets a format check, a mail server check and a mailbox check. Dead and risky ones are marked with the reason.
- Step 2
Who left, and who replaced them
We check whether people still work at the company on your list, and can suggest who now holds the same role. The free beta includes a few of these checks; ask if you need more.
- Step 3
A file you can send from
Download your original file with our columns added, or a ready file for Smartlead or HeyReach with only the safe rows.
Works with a CSV from HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho, Apollo or a spreadsheet. Finding replacements only runs on the rows you pick, and you see what it will use before it starts.
